Who we are

Dramatize AI (“we”, “us”) turns a short vent and an optional selfie into a 5-second AI video card. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the limits we put on sharing it.

Information we collect

• Email. If you give us an email for checkout receipts, support, or account notices, we use it to send those messages and to associate purchases with you.
• Selfie images. When you upload a photo, we send that image to the Higgsfield API so it can generate your image-to-video card. We also keep the file only as long as needed to run and return that generation.
• What you type. Vent text, artist name, and the drama style you pick are sent with the generation request so the quote, soundtrack title, and video match the scene you asked for.
• Credit and billing data. We record which credit pack you buy, how many video credits remain, and the payment status returned by our payment processor. Card numbers are handled by the processor. We do not store full card numbers on Dramatize AI servers.
• Device data. Standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, help us keep the service reliable and investigate abuse.

How we use information

• Create your 5-second AI video card and show it back to you.
• Track free, purchased, and reward credits on this device and in checkout.
• Send receipts and answer support requests sent from your email.
• Detect failed generations, fraud, and misuse of the service.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, selfie images, vent text, or billing details to third parties. We do not allow data brokers to buy Dramatize AI user lists.

Processors we use

A small set of providers process data only so we can run the product:

• Higgsfield receives the selfie and generation prompt to render the video. Apiframe receives the soundtrack prompt for the score. ElevenLabs receives the short narration line when you pick a 1-tap mood, and speaks it as a whisper.
• Our payment processor receives checkout details, including email when you enter it, to charge a credit pack and confirm payment.
• Hosting and analytics receive technical logs needed to serve the site.

These providers may only use the data to perform that work for us. They are not allowed to sell it.

How long we keep it

Selfies and generation inputs are kept for the time required to finish the video job and handle a failed retry. Billing records are kept for as long as needed to account for credit purchases and meet tax or accounting duties. You can ask us to delete stored personal information, except where we must keep a record of a completed payment.

Your choices

• Skip the selfie. Video generation from a photo only happens if you upload one.
• Credits you have not spent stay on this device until you use or clear them.
• Email us to access, correct, or delete personal information we still hold, including an email address you provided.

Children

Dramatize AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the revised policy.
