Terms of Service

The service

Dramatize AI lets you submit a vent, an artist name, a drama style, and an optional selfie, then receive a short AI video card. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Credits

Generation is sold in credits. 1 Credit = 1 5-second AI Video Card. A credit is spent when you start an image-to-video generation that we accept.

• Free Trial. One video credit when you first use Dramatize AI on a device. It is not refilled.
• Starter Pass. $9.99 for 5 video credits.
• Pro Pass. $29.99 for 18 video credits.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not a stored-value account. We may refuse a generation that fails these terms without spending a credit when the job never starts.

Payments and refunds

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Once a credit is used to generate a 5-second AI video card, that credit is spent even if you dislike the result, the quote, or the soundtrack. Unused purchased credits are also non-refundable except where a law requires otherwise. Failed charges do not add credits.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text and images you submit. You give Dramatize AI a limited license to host, transmit, and process that content only to generate and display your video card and to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You agree that:

• You have the rights needed to upload every selfie and to name every person shown.
• You will not upload someone else’s photo, or a minor’s photo, without a legal right to do so.
• You will not submit content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or intended to harass or impersonate a real person.
• You are responsible for how you publish the finished card. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected, and you should review it before you share it.

We may remove content or stop a generation that breaks these rules. We may suspend access for repeated or serious violations.

AI output

Videos, quotes, and soundtrack titles are generated automatically. We do not promise that a result will match a particular look, likeness, or mood, or that it will be fit for a commercial campaign. Similar prompts can produce similar cards for different people.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dramatize AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost credits, lost content, or lost data, arising from your use of the service or from an AI video card.

Our total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only where they are legal.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service, and do not use it to break the law or someone else’s rights. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, including credit packs, with notice where we can reasonably give it.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Dramatize AI after that date, the new terms apply.
